Charlie is the President of Associates International a leading integrated marketing services provider with a rich heritage and strong capabilities in digital media, printing and direct mailing services. The company was founded in 1973 as a small graphic communication company. Since then a great deal has changed in marketing and advertising communications and Ai has evolved to keep up with the times and trends. Today, Ai customers benefit from a wide range of integrated marketing campaigns that incorporate multi-channel strategies and multi-touch tactics – including data analytics, direct mail printing, e-mail, web to print, and personalized URLs. We have extensive experience in pharmaceutical, financial services, and gaming verticals.

Construction Training Education Center

Charlie has been Chairman of the Board of the Challenge Program since 1997. We have rehabbed over 15 homes in the City of Wilmington as well as completed numerous other high-profile projects like re-doing the windows on the Queen Theatre.

The Challenge Program is a private non-profit in Wilmington, DE, offering a Construction Training Program for out-of-school youth aged 18-21. Trainees enrolled in our program complete 700 hours of site-based construction training and educational work. On-site construction work takes place Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am – 3:30 pm. On Monday and Wednesday afternoons, trainees attend education classes taught by the James Groves Adult Education program to work towards their GED and on basic construction math.

The Delaware Academy of Public Safety & Security (DAPSS) will open in the fall of 2011 with 200 cadets in 9th grade. DAPSS is a public charter school for male and female high school students or “cadets”  who want a strong academic foundation for college and/or careers in law enforcement, firefighting, emergency medicine, nursing, operating engineers, and other fields that keep people safe, healthy, and secure.

SURJ is a statewide, grassroots organization dedicated to reforming Delaware’s criminal justice system. We are committed to educating policymakers, our 3,000 members, and the public-at-large of measures proven to ensure a higher quality of justice, promote public safety, and reduce corrections costs.
